COVID-19 and cancellation policies

URUMUN and COVID-19

We are planning to have a conference in real life, but if the circumstances do not allow it we are planning to hold either a hybrid conference or an online MUN. We make this decision based on the covid-measures that exist around the time of the conference. If the circumstances do not allow us to have a (full) physical event, chairs and delegates will have the choice to either get a full refund of their urumun fee or have a partial refund and join our online event. Our online event will be 20 euros. 

Cancelation policy

As a chair, you can cancel your participation due to non-covid related reasons (other calamities exempted) two months prior to the event. This means you will get a full refund of the urumun fee when you cancel before the 22nd of february.

As a delegate you can cancel your participation due to non-covdid related reasons two weeks prior to the event. This means you will get a full refund when you cancel before the 8th of january.
